This circle began meeting Beginning: THURSDAY MARCH 17 7:00 PM and will continue to meet weekly.
We are at the dawn of a New Era. The intention to express human unity is growing daily within the hearts of people everywhere. The School of Life will begin a weekly circle group to explore the series of crisis that humanity is facing with knowledge, vision and hope for the future.
A chapter a week will be read together (they are not long) from the book Our Moment of Choice which is a collection of thought-provoking essays from evolutionary leaders offering deep insight and creative solutions to the challenges facing the world today. The sections cover Bridge-Building – creating a culture of peace, Restoring Ecological Balance as planetary stewards, Conscous Enterprise and Social Change, Healing Ourselves and the Planet, Integrating Science and Spirituality, Viewing the Cosmos as a Whole, Sustainability and Global Transformation. The writers are people who have walked the talk, and offer understanding and contributions to creating the new longed-for world.
We know every crisis is an opportunity, This program will offer a time to learn, share, and perhaps grieve together, and to envision and act with hope for the future which is an essential component for the change. Victor (Vyasa) Landa, our beloved Guruji, said about the New Era: This is a turning point where some purification will be necessary (in the sense of heavy turmoil) but then the future – if we respond in a positive way – will restore the values corresponding to true humanity, that is, being in the process of moving towards reclaiming their Divine Nature.
The circle is open to all, weekly but with no commitment. Come when you can. You may join in person or by zoom. If you wish to get the book for yourself, it is available online. We will read the chapter, have quiet contemplation, share reflections without comment, then remaining time for discussion. The chapters end with action tips, maybe we’ll take action!
